If you need inside to light the lights. I bought this video with another for my children. Both have worked well. quality is better than my Hi8 summer. Children love to make movies. no software installation on the Mac, iMovie and iDVD, but the work is to work with the camera.

This product is part Arcsoft has worked well for about a week. Then the Media Player does not work. I contacted Kodak about four people who got no help at all have been transferred. Then came an email to tell them, come into contact with Arcsoft. I contacted at least four times: no response. Will I receive only e-mails to buy more of their products. After paying $ 171.94 for the camcorder, insurance, a tripod and memory card I even shot an additional $ 9.99 to upgrade think ArcsoftThis would solve the problem. NO! After my last contact with the company miraculously few icons on the bottom of the screeen, I could see the end appeared. After clicking on that I could work the media player until today, when I wanted to try a video e-mail when released another level. After downloading, it's a symbol for sending e-mail video. But again my Media Player does not work and what is promised in the ad, and even in black and white"Box video editing and sharing easy with the camera software." And "easily upload to YouTube." They now want to do more than $ 100 for these new icons, which should be done early. Annoying, frustrating, a blackout RIP!
Great deal for the price – Heath Breeding –
This camera is great for the price. It takes video quite good, not great. The low battery light came after 20 minutes of use on the highest setting. My only disappointment is that there seems no way to see how the memory is full when it is in the device. The manual is not very good and we need to go to the site to download the full version. Even that did not really say much about access to the memory card. I wish there was a sort of lens cover.They can scratch easily that the camera to ruin. Overall I'm very glad I purchased this camera. It is easy enough to just make a recording and playback, and very light.

kodak zx1 doesnt work well indoors – Jason Pancari –
This is my review on the Kodak ZX1 I used it extensively in the interior of the house lights on all the video was grainy, but better video quality, and the camcorder RCA small wonder is cloudy and foggy, concerns about corn, I think it is done outside phenomenal video in Eastern time zone, so I went outside it was a snow day Cloudy 4pm lay on the ground, we had a snowstorm, I could not believe the quality you can even read the number on my voicemail was clear. you do small RCAMiracle. Then I went out just before it hits very small black grain, I could still read the mailbox is the video in the color blue. Overall, the product is very well built and upload to YouTube, Facebook and MySpace is not a product to create home movies and burn it wouldnt be on this DVD, the product will be 2x zoom .

Qestionable construction – PHILIP THOMPSON – DECATUR, AL, US
I have the DVR-850-Y for Christmas in anticipation of our trip to the Cayman Islands in March. On the surface, the camera just like any other, light weight, good screen, easy controls. The battery compartment is located behind the spine of the device and is operated by an access of small black tab, more difficult. However, I was excited. My wife and I had planned several snorkeling excursions, an afternoon in the bay with Sting Rays, a tour of the bioluminescent bay, all of which are recorded on thisCamera. The first time I entered the water, I was filming a school of jack and the screen went black. It would not be back, and I do not know what they think. The closed nature of the battery and sure, and I had the device calculates the previous night. I returned to the dock and swam a little hope it will dry out and maybe we could, it could free the mind of the battery needs a boost, but it would not be responsible . In the night I opened the battery compartment and SD, to see ifall I had was taken, can be removed from the hard drive. It was wet, I pulled the battery from the case and it was too wet. The camera is virtually destroyed. I am glad that others have some success with this product, but not in my case, I would not recommend it to others.

I recently ordered the camera, and there is nothing like I expected. The lighting is aweful, and the screen looks to me almost to the opposite side. In addition, it freezes .. I wish I'd known before I took it out of the box! At least I could receive a full refund!

I bought the camera because I am too .. The first time he touched the water that leaked to the "waterproof" seal of love and snorkeling it no longer works. I called the company that was in bad taste, I lost all my recordings of whale shark snorkel with them. If you keep your memories, do not buy this produst.
