Subpar Reliability – mdchachi – USA
We have this camcorder, introduced himself shortly after (and paid) a pretty penny for it. They have so emphasized the 3.0MP on the time which is not suitable for decent photos at the time. We have never used a photo capacity so in retrospect that we paid for some functions that we do not need.

Over the last 5 years, there is some great video store I (high to find them tapes) into a computer for permanent storage and I have no problem with the video quality. My main gripe is that itdefeated on three occasions. There is an error code E: 61:10 and can not autofocus and zoom in / out. We had it repaired twice now fired more than $ 200 per. Thus, not only to break it, they make you pay repair costs so high. Now it's the third time after having broken it is only 14 months has been repaired. It reached the ridiculous stage. Three failures in 5 years equal to this problem.

So while I'm looking here for a non-Sony camcorder (planning on going back toCanon), I thought I left this comment here for posterity.

It is compact, compact, beautiful, great zoom, and offers much more than you expect from a regular camcorder. Certainly in the series "professional" camcorders.
I have the DCR-PC330 on various occasions, ranging from football games and basketball, for family and birthdays. This camcorder has always fulfilled my expectations. Yes, the software is on is not great, but Windows Movie Maker will work fine if you are not looking for ExtraThe professional quality and you have to spend a few hours.

However, the lifetime of the battery is low, the statues are destroyed, and the Memory Stick supplied with the camera is a joke. I recommend you buy a cheap camera, if you want still images. I bought one for $ 80, which provides better pictures than the DCR-PC330

I wanted it ALL. A camcorder is very good and good video images. THIS PRODUCT dissapoints in the second. But many people say that quality rules that this camcorder is right, is already better than any camcorder out there. While this is true, I warn the people there think that can replace 2 or 3 megapixel camera THIS …. IT usual.
NEITHER THE PICTURES, although 3 MEGAPIXEL CAPACITY intereference simply too much noise (thats my best)For the razor sharp images. The images come out a bit more harmonious men. If we look to 2016 x 1512 you can clearly see NOTE to unevenness in color. The images are simple compared to the average level below TO, what do you get even a 2 megapixel camera.
However, the strengths of the device in his video. The video is really clear. Although this is my first camcorder and I DONT nothing compares, but I'm pretty sure this is ONE OFCAMCORDERS best video quality out there.
Being left by the poor, STILLS, leads me to this camcorder about HIS GRIPE slightly larger than the previous one, because the Sony Handycam PC105, and even larger than some recent models from Sony. IF THESE Handycams smaller should not wait 3 megapixel AS PC330, but I come here Conculsion perhaps 3 million pixels are not necessary, that the point where The Stills ARE GOING TO BE by anyways. I probably are not ready to buyCamcorder which was very expensive, and instead left with a Canon Optura 300, the cheapest, but is left with the money, I'll Buy Me A NICE 3-megapixel will PHOTOS OF THE WAY IT IS.
